Q. What makes your machine different?
A. We have trust in our product & offer a 1 year manufactures warranty, while most of our competitors do not.
Q. If my product is defective, how does the warranty work?
A. While we do not expect any of our PENS to have issues, with any electronics there is a possibility. Email us at info@serenepmu.com with your receipt, a description of the issue & your warranty card(comes in the box). We will review it to make sure there is no liquid/ physical damage & send it in for repair and/or replace it with a new one.
Q. I have buyers remorse, what is your return policy?
A. We offer a 14 day return policy on all unopened, unused products. We have the right to deny any returns if it does not fit the guidelines. We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount.
Q. What is your partnership with NCBF(National Breast Cancer Foundation)?
A. We pride ourselves on being a women supporting women business. NCBF spoke to us as we know women that are personally affected with breast cancer. We just started our partnership with this organization and with your support, we'd love to reach their DIAMOND partner tier.
Q. How many artists will you have on the SERENE DREAM TEAM?
A. We are currently looking for 10 dream artists for the 2021 year. Depending on the success of this program, we may expand it to more artists.
Q. I live in Europe but would like to purchase your machine, can I?
A. We do not currently ship to countries outside the U.S & Canada. However, we do plan on it late 2021.
Q. I just placed my order, when will you ship it?
A. Most orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. From the time order is shipped please allow 2-5 business days to receive it.
Q. I own a retail shop, can I resell your products?
A. Absolutely! Please email us at info@serenepmu.com or visit our partners tab to learn more.
Q. Do you offer academy discounts?
A. Yes!!! Academies partnered with us will receive the same discount as a retail partner. However you can choose your special "promo code" to pass on a 15% discount to your students. No exclusions!
