• RETURNS

    We have a limited return policy on our products as we do not resell returned goods. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied, so please review our policy and contact us.

    We will gladly to take back returns that are unopened, unused within 14 days from delivery date. Once we receive the returned products, we have the right to deny a full return if the condition was misrepresented.

    NANOPEN II are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • RETURN PROCESS

    To initiate a return please email us at info@serenepmu.com to obtain a return authorization number. Once you receive the RAN please write it legibly on the outside of shipping box. Please also include it with your invoice. Any inquiries for returns will not be considered after 14 days.

    We are not liable for lost packages. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and add shipping insurance for your protection.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received “FREE SHIPPING” we will deduct $10 from your refund total. We will only accept refunds if it was approved prior, so PLEASE make sure you contact us. 

    Please allow up to 14 business days for refund to be credited back once we received your product.

  • WARRANTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    In the event of a defective product, please reach out to us ASAP at info@serenepmu.com and we will send out a replacement. All of our NANOPEN II comes with a 1 year manufactures warranty. This is only if the machine is defective. We will NOT ACCEPT a machine that is half broken, or damaged from liquid. To initiate a warranty email us, include a description of the issue, a copy of your receipt, and your warranty card. You are responsible for shipping charges to us.

  • PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

    If your product was damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate a return and upload photos of the packaging.
